Theresa Ann Polus, 77, passed away Monday, February 28, 2022.
She was born in Maximo, Ohio to Joseph and Helen (Monter) Polus. In her younger years she lived at home and attended the Stark DD schools. Later in life Theresa attended Creative Learning Workshop and resided at Alliance Group Home. The Polus family want to thank ALL the caregivers who showed love and kindness to Theresa while living at the home. Theresa knew much happiness and joy while living with her “extended family”.
Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, brother-in-law, James Lucas and beloved Aunt “Belle” Monter. She is survived by her sister, Mary Lucas; her brother, Joseph (Barbara) Polus; nephew Joseph (Ann) Polus; and niece Kelly (Vincent) Russoniello.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 10:00 am, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Maximo, Ohio. Interment has taken place in the parish cemetery.
