Starlene “Star” Mangus

Starlene “Star” Mangus age 71 of Louisville was born April 8th 1946 and lost her battle with cancer on April 7th, 2018. She was retired from Republic Steel and enjoyed playing bingo and the slots.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Mangus; parents, Hiram and Bertha (Fox) Stockwell and sister, Joyce Hair.
Star is survived by her daughter, Paula (Jeff) Daugherty; grandson, Tim Kirkpatrick; granddaughter, Grace Daugherty; sister, Sandra Murray; two nephews, Mike (Cam) Hair and Mark (Tina) Stockwell; niece, Christine Stockwell; a great niece and nephew and several cousins.
Star’s family will receive friends Saturday from 1-3 pm at the Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home in Louisville. A service Celebrating her life will follow at 3:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Delaney Young officiating.
