Sandra Mae Allman age 76 of Louisville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family November 7, 2018. She was born March 17, 1942 in Canton to the late David and Treva (Lautzenheiser) Taubensee. Sandra was a graduate of Louisville High School Class of 1960. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards and spending time with her family. Sandra was a life-long member of Christ United Methodist Church in Louisville.
She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Fred P. Allman whom she married July 22, 1961; sons, Joe (Christina) Allman and Mike (Alice) Allman; daughters, Varerie Horn and Melissa (Chet) Givens; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by a brother, David Taubensee.
Sandra’s family will receive friends Saturday from 10-11:30 am at the Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home in Louisville. Services will follow at 12:00 pm with Pastor Larry Hinkle officiating. Sandra will be laid to rest in Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Sandra’s memory to Christ United Methodist Church. Fred and Family, we are so sorry to hear of Sandy’s passing. May it help to know that many thoughts and prayers are with all of you in your sorrow. We have many memories of many ball games that we played, and sat through a long time ago while our children were growing up.
