Robert L. Inman, age 69, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at his home in Canton, Ohio. He was born October 30, 1950 in Canton, to Robert and Dorothy (Gween) Inman. Robert served this great country in the United Sates Armed Forces. He worked as a truck driver at M. Conley for many years then on to excavation for Shannon’s Excavating & Trucking. He truly loved working for Shannon’s Excavating & Trucking. Robert was a huge outdoor enthusiast; you could find him either on the bank fishing or in his jon boat casting a line in the water. His favorite camping spot was Ohio Recreation lands in southern Ohio where many great family memories where made. While at home he was tinkering in his shop wrenching on a lawnmower or fabricating something new to make his work easier. Nothing made him happier than being a father and grandfather.
He is survived by his daughter and her husband of Gibsonburg, Ohio Tiffany and Jasen Schaffner and his grandchildren, William Kerbel, Maddox Schaffner and Trenten Snyder.
Robert’s family will receive friends Monday, November 25th from 10-11:30 am at the Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home in Louisville. A service Celebrating his life will begin at 11:30 am. Following the service, Robert’s family would like to invite friends to join them at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman for Committal services with full Military Honors. Condolences can be shared with the family online at www.paqueletfalk.com.
