Norma Jean George (Stertzbach) Of Louisville, Ohio passed away at the age of 84 on December 13, 2021. She will be remembered as being a devoted wife, caring mother, game playing grandmother, loyal sister and compassionate friend. She looked forward to Sundays where gatherings took place around kitchen tables over home-cooked meals.

Norma is survived by Willard George loving husband of 63 years. They were married in Canton, Ohio on April 19, 1958. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children, Diane (Robert) Simpson of Delray Beach, Florida, Kirk (Deeann) George of Wooster, Ohio, and Jennifer (Bruce) Vernier of Louisville, Ohio; nine beloved Grandchildren, Shane (Terese) Simpson Delray Beach, FL., Hannah (Dan) Myers Eagle River, AK., Mason Simpson Delray Beach, FL., Mackenzie (Jonathan) Keane Ansbach, Germany; Rachel (Ryan) Bennett Deerfield Beach, FL., Ian (Maura) Vernier Columbus, OH., Mitchel (Brenda) Simpson Miami, FL., Evan Vernier Louisville, OH., Allison Vernier Centerville, OH.;  and newborn great-granddaughter, Vivian Rose Bennett Deerfield Beach, FL.

Calling hours will be held Friday, December 17, 2021, from 10am-11am at Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home Louisville, Ohio. Burial Services will be private for immediate family at Sunset Hills. In lieu of flowers those wishing to honor her life can make memorial donations in her name to the Alzheimer’s Association.
