Luhelen Mercier, 58, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022.
Luhelen loved her horses and dogs. She was a nurse.
She is survived by life companion Joe Yablinsky; children Michael Mercier and Paige Mercier; mother Viola Ensley and sister Beth.
The family will receive friends Thursday 4-6:30 pm at Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home, 303 S. Chapel St., Louisville, where a memorial service will be held at 6:30 pm.
LuHelen was a beautiful soul. She was so funny. Rest easy my friend, no more suffering.

Luhelen was the head nurse in my daughter’s group home for many years. She treated all the young ladies in the home as if they were her family. Luhelen was also trained as a Special Needs Nurse, so she dealt with individuals with very complex medical needs.
Luhelen surely made the world a better place! We are so grateful Luhelen came into our daughter’s life! She will be missed!
