Joyce Marie (Ward) Harris, born August 6th 1943, passed away at her home on April 23rd 2019 at the age of 75. She battled a terminal illness with everything she had. She was surrounded by all her children and family when she left us to go home to the Lord.
She is preceded in death by her father, Bryce and mother, Margaret Adcox; and her husband, David S. Harris.
Joyce is survived by four children, Robin (Mike) Hinkle, Richard Ward (Angie), Terri Mitchell and Rebecca Karnosh; eleven grandchildren and died knowing she would have twelve great-grandchildren; and five sisters, Margaret Kent, Patricia Reed, Susan Perkins, Janet Hall and Deborah Lyscas.
She was loved and respected by many. Her smile and kindness touched all she met. A Celebration of Life will be posted later in the month.
Heaven gained an angel and left us with a big hole in our lives. Joyce was one of the sweetest people I have ever known. I will miss my big sister but I have a lot of precious memories.
Mom you were beauty beyond. Your smile would light up any room. Thank you for being this beautiful angel here on earth. Fly high until we meet again
Miss you so much Grammy ❤️ now we miss Aunt Becky…. But at least she’s with you now. I love y’all both so much and miss you more than words or actions could say or show.
