Carolyn E. (Abrigg) Peterson

Carolyn E. (Abrigg) Peterson age 83, passed away March 26, 2025. She was born January 31, 1942, in Canton, the daughter of the late Samuel and Katherine Abrigg. Carolyn enjoyed gardening, the ocean, and most of all her grandchildren and granddogs. She was an active member of St. Louis Catholic Church.

Carolyn is survived by her husband, James Peterson, sons, Christopher and Richard (Mishelle) and daughter Barbara Peterson; sister-in-laws Bonnie (Tim) Abrigg and Kathy (Mark) Abrigg; grandchildren, Lynae, Jarrod, Andrew, Austin Peterson, Cory Simon, Mikella and Michael Monter.

She is preceded in death by her sisters, Joanne (Tom) Parks, Rosie (Ted) Sechrist, Patty (Dave) Thewes, Peggy (Bill) Schaub, Linda (Jerry) Thomas; brothers, Tim, Ronnie (Judi) and Mark Abrigg; granddogs. Jarvis and Diesel Peterson.

The family will receive friends Monday, March 31, 2025, 5-8 pm at Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home, 303 S. Chapel St., Louisville. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, April 1, 2025, 11:00 am at St. Louis Catholic Church, 300 N. Chapel St., Louisville. Immediately following the Mass there will be a luncheon held at Sacred Heart of Mary Church Hall.
