, 2022. She was born to Alex and Susan France in New Philadelphia, Ohio July 23

, 1942. She graduated from New Philadelphia High School. She married Jack Vincent in 1960. She was retired from Stark County Board of MRDD. She enjoyed being with her family and friends and loved playing cards. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and a daughter.
Surviving are two sisters, two daughters, four grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Monday July 18

, 2022 at 1030 a.m. at Beacon of Hope Church in Louisville with services beginning at 11:30 a.m. A luncheon will immediately follow the service. Burial will take place at East Lawn Cemetery in New Philadelphia, following the luncheon.
